I've walked a lot of dogs in my time, and whenever I'm out walking my chihuahuas, I tend to see quite a few little dogs being walked by their owners using a harness on them. Normally, these dog harnesses for small dogs are simply the normal, boring, strap harnesses that you have to "hook" your dog into like a four legged Chinese puzzle of some sort.
